Enigma is an annual event for physicians only (retired and actively practicing), sponsored by the Monroe Owen County Medical Society, designed to remind physicians why they do what they do. As you see unique, challenging, or tricky cases during the year, please keep them in mind to share with your peers at a future Enigma event. We are always looking for cases and presenters.
